Join Us for the First Annual ḰELSET PAC Fall Fair!
A festive evening packed with fun, community spirit, and support for our school!
Date: Friday, October 17, 2025
Time: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Location: ḰELSET Elementary — gym, multipurpose room, and outdoor area between classrooms
Entry Fee: $5 per child (ages 4+), Free for adults
Note: Cash only event. No ATM on site.
Adults are kindly encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to donate as part of their entry—optional but appreciated!

Bake Sale
An assortment of small baked goods, like cookies and cupcakes, will be available for purchase, contributed by kids and adults alike. This activity requires additional cash to purchase baked goods.

Got old costumes haunting your closet? Set them free! This event is your chance to donate gently used Halloween costumes and help others get into the spooky spirit.

♻️ It’s a win-win: declutter your space, support your community, and make Halloween more sustainable.
🎃 Pumpkin Carving Competition🎃
Children and adults can participate in a pumpkin carving competition! Judging groups are K/1, 2/3, 4/5 and Grown Up/Teacher under the categories of First, Second, Third, Most Creative and Scariest.
To participate, entrants bring their pumpkin to the Fall Fair (no later than 6 p.m.), go have fun, and judges will do their thing. Pumpkin pick up is from 7:30 p.m. onwards (all pumpkins must be taken home the night of Fall Fair or they will be composted).
Bickford Farms and Longview Farms have each generously donated 50 pumpkins, for a total of 100 pumpkins! Thank you! If you want one of the donated pumpkins, it's first come first serve and you should sign up here. Families are welcome to bring their own pumpkin too. If more free pumpkins become available, we will go down the list in FCFS order.
